I'm Andrew Arnold, the designer and drafter behind Thoha Design & Drafting. I've loved architecture for as long as I can remember, and it still shapes how I see the world. To me, design is a form of expression. It changes how people live, move, and connect, and I want every space I draw to feel that way.

For more than ten years I've turned ideas into real, buildable plans, from homes and kitchens to decks and pools. My focus is the part most people dread: the permits and the paperwork. I stand between your project and the city and get your plans ready, so your build can start on time.
